Information Collection and Use
We may collect Personal Information, including Sensitive Data, and other information. “Personal Information” means individually identifiable information that would allow us to determine the actual identity of, and contact, a specific living person. Information provided at login
In order to register as a user with Bimber, you will be asked to sign in using your Facebook or Google ("Auth provider") login. If you do so, you authorize us to access certain Auth provider account information, such as your public Auth provider profile (consistent with your privacy settings of given Auth provider), your email address, interests, likes, gender, birthday,education history,current city, photos, personal description. You will also be asked to allow Bimber to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the Service. In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Service or in some other manner. This may include identifying information, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information. You may also provide us photos, a personal description and information about your gender and preferences for recommendations, such as search distance, age range and gender. If you chat with other Bimber users, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication.

With whom we share your information
When you register as a user of Bimber, your Bimber profile will be viewable by other users of the Service. Other users (and in the case of any sharing features available on Bimber, the individuals or apps with whom a Bimber user may choose to share you with) will be able to view information you have provided to us such as your photos, your first name, your age, approximate number of miles away, your personal description. Any messages you send through in-app chat will also be viewable by other users, this includes text messages, photos, locations and dates.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve their services. If you have a Bimber account, you have the ability to review and update your personal information within the Service by opening your account and going to profile page. Applicable privacy laws may allow you the right to access and/or request the correction of errors or omissions in your personal information that is in our custody or under our control. Author will assist you with the access request. Author will respond to requests within the time allowed by all applicable privacy laws and will make every effort torespond as accurately and completely as possible.
